Square Enix has announced the formation of a new Japanese studio dedicated to mobile games development.
Square Enix Mobile Studio will open in April with plans to grow to a staff count of 20.
The outfit will be headed by the firm’s current head of mobile business Yoichi Haraguchi and will be based in Sapporo, north of Tokyo.
