The Easy Company opens in Prague

A group of former Illusion Softworks staff have set up their own studio in Prague, called The Easy Company.

ARCA Capital Bohemia is financially backing the team, who are drawing on their work on the Hidden and Dangerous games and Mafia to produce a new racing title called MOTORM4X which has been in the works for 14 months already.

The team describe the title as a "non-formulaic racing-title that lets players drive and explore large outdoor terrain".

Martin Babarik, producer at The Easy Company, commented: “We’ve assembled one of the most experienced teams in the region compromised of local industry veterans with a proven track record of delivering triple-A titles for both PC and consoles. This experience will allow us to bring those same high production values to lighter and more focused games.”
