TIGA to host new event at London Games Festival

Another event has been added to the fast-growing roster for October’s London Games Festival with the day-long Working With Games set to examine how developers can forge partnerships with the TV, film and advertising industries.

The organisers say other mediums are looking to games to extend brands while games firms can exploit technology and expertise to deliver "interactive experiences to mass-market audiences" and that the event will provide key networking opportunities for those hoping to forge partnerships.

Tiga, Pact, BAFTA and a host of region media networks are supporting the event, with speakers lined up from Endemol, Nickelodeon, Giant/TT Games, ITV, Warners, Eidos, Ubisoft, Google and Blitz to provide case studies in their efforts in this field.

The event takes place on Tuesday, October 23rd at BAFTA HQ in London. Head to the official LGF site to find out more about the week-long series of games events.
