But Neversoft yet to reveal whether it will be working on a new entry into the series

Tony Hawk dev working on Call of Duty

Tony Hawk developer Neversoft is supporting development for Activision’s blockbuster Call of Duty franchise.

It is unclear however whether the studio is to create a brand new entry into the popular series, or if it will be working with Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games and Treyarch with development.

A statement on the company’s website states: "We have moulded our team into a crack squad of eager developers ready to push the first person action genre in support of Activision’s Call of Duty franchise.

As well as creating the Tony Hawk series, Neversoft has also worked on Guitar Hero, releasing six games in the franchise.
