New video tutorial helps artists to fix lighting inconsistencies in their scenes

Troubleshooting physically-based content in Enlighten

Geomerics has released a new visual guide to troubleshooting physically-based content created with its global illumination tool Enlighten.

Physically-based rendering enables artists to set up a material and its surface attributes once, then re-use that material throughout a game’s development, safe in the knowledge that all instances will be illuminated in the same way.

However, Geomerics has encountered artists who have problems identifying and fixing inconsistencies as and when they appear. This video tutorial demonstrates how to tackle these issue.
