MMO developer hires new CFO experienced in selling companies

Turbine looking to sell up?

Turbine has hired M. Beau Paradowski as its new chief financial officer.

Paradowski, who has over 17 years experience in financial positions, was previously CFO of Opasite, where he lead the company’s growth and eventual sale – similar to what he had done previously at Clearwire Technologies when it sold to Craig McCaw in 2003.

Given Paradowski’s experience in building up companies to be sold, it’s possible that Turbine is looking for a similar fate.

“Beau brings extensive experience and a financial background that will be vital as Turbine scales its global operations,” said Jim Crowley, president and CEO of Turbine, Inc.

“This is a significant addition to our leadership team and we are extremely excited to bring his strong record of accomplishment and strategic growth planning to our rapidly growing business.”

“Turbine really brings something unique to the table and has proven its first class development capabilities time and again,” Paradowski added. “I’m thrilled to join and help this talented team take Turbine to the next level.”
