TV network axes indie studioâ??s Metalocalypse job

Frozen Codebase, the Wisconsin-based indie developer, has had a lucrative dev contract swept out from under its feet due to a management decision at TV network Adult Swim.

Adult Swim has pulled the licence for the Metalocalypse: Dethgame project, according to a Siliconera report.

An explanation as to why the game has been axed has not been offered. The title was set to appear on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.
