Chinese firm buys fellow mobile dev

Ultizen buys M-Star

Shanghai-based Ultizen Games has bought fellow games developer Mo-Star.

It is the fourth studio that Ultizen has acquired and brings its total work force to over 280. Mo-Star is based in Beijing and owns a catalogue of over 200 mobile games.

In addition to games development, Ultizen also ports for North American, European and Japanese companies.

Its best known title is U-Pal, a casual title aimed at the Chinese market.
