Ustwo’s Dan Gray promoted to head of studio

Monument Valley creator Ustwo Games has appointed a new head of studio.

Dan Gray previously served as executive producer at the company for three years, having formerly worked at No Man’s Sky outlet Hello Games and Fable maker Lionhead Studios.

As studio head, Gray will lead Ustwo Games as it expands on the success of Monument Valley, as well as overseeing the creation of brand new franchises.

"After the amazing successes of Monument Valley and Land’s End in the last two years, Ustwo Games has become an enchanting beast of a magnitude none of us could have predicted," he said in a statement to Gamesindustry.biz.

"Because of this change, it’s been essential that we get a little more structured with how we create, to make sure we preserve our unique way of working as we continue to grow.

"I’m incredibly excited to be leading us into this new chapter, and ensuring we take our craft to the next level in the years to come."
