Lip-sync plug-in comes to Maya, XSI

Voice-O-Matic expands host compatibility

Di-O-Matic has announced XSI and Maya versions of its popular Voice-O-Matic lip-sync solution.

The software, which breaks down voice files into phonemes and maps them to facial movements, has been available for 3ds Max for over four years and is used by studios such as Sega, Blizzard, Capcom and Rockstar Games.

The new Maya and XSI editions will be available in the near future and have a suggested retail price of $349.
