Early bird runs deal on until June 27th

XNA Gamefest registration opens

Microsoft has opened registration for the 2008 edition of its yearly XNA Gamefest developer event.

Taking place on July 23rd and 24th, the conference will feature 120 talks over eleven tracks – audio, casual games, compilers and code quality, CPU and system programming, graphics, Live and networking, partners, producer and business development, quality assurance and certification, visual arts, and finally XNA Game Studio.

In addition, Microsoft general manager and chief XNA architect Chris Satchell will be on hand once again to deliver the opening keynote, and the Gamefest Expo will provide the opportunity for delegates to see the latest offerings from tool and middleware companies and authorised test vendors.

An early-bird registration deal is available for those applying before June 27th, reducing the ticket price by $100 to $450. More information and registration info can be found at the XNA Gamefest website.
