Distributed build system gets speed enhancements

Xoreax releases IncrediBuild 3.30

Xoreax has updated its distributed build management system IncrediBuild to version 3.30.

The software helps distribute the build process amongst multiple machines on a network, massively decreasing the time taken.

The latest version includes, amongst other improvements, updates to the Agent assignment logic to ‘prevent unnecessary changes in assigned Agents during builds’, and a new utility to generate an XML file detailing the status of all Agents associated with a Coordinator. The real-time compression used on IncrediBuild communications has also been sped up.

The update is free to all IncrediBuild users still in the maintenance licence period.
