Bethesda Showcase returns for E3 2016

Publisher Bethesda is holding an E3 conference for the second year running.

That’s according to a tweet from the publisher’s official Twitter account (below), which asks readers to save the date.

Bethesda’s E3 Showcase is taking place on June 12th 2016 at 7pm PT (4am BST).It’s not yet clear where this year’s event will be taking place.

For the first time ever, Bethesda held its own event at E3 last year.

During the shindig – held at the Dolby Theatre – Fallout 4, mobile title Fallout Shelter, Doom, Dishonored 2 and digital card title The Elder Scrolls Legends were all showcased.

At the time, MCV said that the conference was Bethesda coming of age.

Following this blockbuster event, Bethesda marketing boss Pete Hines said that he wasn’t sure if the publisher was going to hold another.

This comes after EA has announced it will not be holding an E3 conference this year, and will instead be running its own Play event in LA and London.
