Team EnVyUs announce they’ll be second international team heading to Korean OGN APEX Season 3

Team EnVyUs has announced they will be heading to Korea to compete in the Third season of OGN Overwatch APEX.

It’s a change for the team, who previously said that they had to decline the invitation due to late notice. Now, in a tweet they’ve announced that they’ll be heading over to the tournament, making them the second international team to confirm for the APEX.

"We’re pleased to announce that our Overwatch team will attempt to regain the APEX championship title at OGN APEX season three," reads the post on social media.

EnVyUs famously beat Rogue in APEX’s first season, before failing to make it out of the group stage when they returned for a second attempt. Groups for the Overwatch Apex have already been announced, with just two open slots remaining: one in group A and one in group D.

Group A is reckoned to be the hardest group in the tournament, which could cause havoc for an international team placed there. The third season kicks off on April 28.
