Uncharted film set for 2016

The Uncharted movie will be in cinemas in time for E3 in 2016, Sony has said.

The theatrical movie based on the hit Sony/Naughty Dog series does not have a leading man yet, but is set to arrive on June 10th 2016. It fills the spot previously held for The Amazing Spider-Man 3, which has now been pushed until 2018.

The film is being written by David Guggenheim and directed by Seth Gordon.

It is one of two movies based on Naughty Dog IPs coming. The other being a film based on The Last of Us.
