XCOM FPS delayed to fiscal 2014

2K’s shooter reboot of the XCOM franchise appears to be a long ways off.

Announcement of the delay comes from Take-Two’s latest financial report, following word that XCOM: Enemy Unknown has been confirmed for an October 2012 release.

The report dates the game for ‘fiscal year 2014′, slating it for some time between April 1st, 2013 and March 31st, 2014.

XCOM was already delayed before, having been moved from a proposed March 6th, 2012 launch to fiscal 2013.
