1TB PS4 dated, includes bundled PlayStation TV

Sony has said that its new 1TB PS4 will be released in the UK on July 15th.

Furthermore, the SKU – called the 1TB Ultimate Player Edition PlayStation 4 – will for a limited time at participating retailers and only at launch” include a free PlayStation TV microconsole.

In addition, the bundle will cost 349.99, which is the same as the RRP for the current 500GB model. There has not, however, been any firm indication of either the 500GB machine being reduced in price or the 1TB model replacing it entirely.

Microsoft recently introduced a 1TB Xbox One, also priced at 349.99. However, it did choose to cut the price of its 500GB machine, making permanent the 299 price rolled out across the UK in April.
