Facebook and Google join Evolve line-up

Executives from Facebook and Google are among those confirmed to appear at this year’s Evolve Conference on December 1st, organisers have announced.

Gareth Davis, platform manager for games at Facebook, is set to open the keynote discussing strategies for game development on the social networking site.

Paul Kinlan, Developer Advocate for Google, is booked to talk about distributing games online through the Chrome Webstore.

Elsewhere on the programme, Mark Sorrell, Head of Games at Screenpop identifies the tricks and techniques used by television show The X-Factor and explain how these can be used to make creative and commercially successful software.

And Brian Choh from Booyah will discuss mobile games and how developers can maximize their audience without sacrificing their artistic credibility.

Evolve in London 2011 is set to run on December 1st at the DeVere West One business centre at Oxford Circus. For more information, click here
