EyePet returning with Friends

The EyePet series will be back on shelves later this year in the form of EyePet & Friends.

As the title suggests, the fluffy creature is not alone this time, with players now training and nurturing two EyePets. PS3 owners can either look after the pair individually or team up with a friend, according to PS Blog.

The game will be controlled using the PlayStation Move, and will feature a Creativity Centre that allows users to design their own in-game objects for EyePets to interact with. Alternatively, they can use EyePet Tokens earned through the game’s activities.

There will also be additional online features, allowing gamers to share their pets’ achievements with other users, as well as sharing training tips.

EyePet & Friends will be released for PS3 later this year.
