Killzone getting special Euro edition

Dutch developer Guerrilla Games has confirmed its SKU line-up for PS3 shooter Killzone 3, with European consumers set to be offered both the previously announced US Collector’s Edition and a brand new Europe-only Collector’s Edition.

As well as the standard edition of the game, the enhanced CE SKU will include SteelBook packaging as well as a download code that entitles the user to a digital copy of the game’s soundtrack, a dynamic XMB theme and two additional multiplayer maps from Killzone 2.

Anyone who orders the CE from select retailers will also nab one of three additional bonus bundles – the Guerrilla Pack (unlocks all weapons and abilities for 24 hours), the Fast Starter Pack (doubles XP for 24 hours) and the Unlock & Load Pack (offers three additional unlock points to be used in-game).

On top of this there will also be a Helghast Edition of the game which includes a hand-decorated Helghast helmet”, a marksman action figure and 100 page hardback art book, as well as everything else included in the CE.
