Kane & Lynch 2 unveiled

Square Enix Europe has finally issued its official confirmation of Danish studios IO Interactive’s adult action game sequel Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days, which will be published under the Eidos label.

In the words of the publisher, every aspect of the game has been designed to deliver a fresh perspective to the words ‘intensity’ and ‘realism’ in video games”. The sequel sees players taking to the Shanghai underworld.

The original game received a mixed greeting from critics, with some picking it up on its sometimes stubborn gameplay while others applauded its gritty atmosphere and well developed characters.

Gamers are always looking for something new and that is exactly what they are going to get with Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days,” IO Interactive’s general manager Niels Jrgensen stated.
