NESTA co-organised Scotland in Focus event to spotlight successes and challenges ahead

Tiga to celebrate Scottish industry

UK development trade body Tiga has partnered with NESTA, the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts, to celebrate the Scottish games development industry.

Hosted by Joe Fitzpatrick, MSP for Dundee West, the event will be a panel discussion featuring Tiga CEO Richard Wilson, Realtime Worlds’ Colin MacDonald, Colin Anderson from Denki, and Dare to be Digital’s Paul Durrant.

The amassed experts will discuss the achievements of the Scottish game development sector, as well as the challenges it faces, while raising the profile of the sector amongst Scottish Parliamentarians and ministers.

The event takes place on Wednesday October 28th from 1pm at the Scottish Parliament. More information and reservation details can be found at the Tiga website.
