MICROSOFT: Forza 3 officially announced

As expected, Microsoft has confirmed that the third instalment in the Forza Motorsport series will be released this autumn.

Forza 3 will run at an impressive 60fps, and includes 400 cars from 50 different manufacturers. In a nod to Codemasters’ GRID, the game will also include a rewind feature to undo costly mistakes. One button racing” has also been touted – again, in a move to make the game more accessible.

There will also be a big focus on player created content, as was the case with the second game, and will include the ability to upload HD video built using the in-game video editor.

Forza 3 will be released this October.
