E3 08: Microsoft unveils new controller colours

As Microsoft continues its push into the family market, the company has unveiled two new colours for its popular Xbox 360 joypad.

The controllers will retail for $64.99 in the US and come bundled with rechargeable batteries and Play & Charge kits – cables that allow gamers to continue playing whilst replaenishing the batteries.

There’s no word yet on a European release, but the devices (which will work on consoles from any region) will hit US retail on September 30th.
