Stream.Me Signs Carl “Perfect Legend” White for new eSports team

Stream.Me has announced that it is creating its own eSports team and the first signing is Carl “Perfect Legend” White.

Perfect Legend is a fighting game player who has won Evo four times in his career. Currently he is mainly playing Mortal Kombat X, although is expected to jump over to Injustice 2 when that launches later this year.

"I’m happy to join Stream.Me as an ambassador to the FGC," said Carl ‘Perfect Legend’ White, "Competing in tournaments like the Kombat Cup and streaming here has been such a fantastic experience so far, and I look forward to taking things to a whole new level with this opportunity."

This is the first signing for the streaming company, and they have already announced that they are looking to bring in more players in the coming months. This is an interesting move, as other competing sites such as Twitch tend to lead towards sponsoring established teams instead of signing players directly.
