Leak suggests God of War 4 will explore Norse mythology

Kratos may be turning his back on the Greeks and heading North in the next God of War.

Gematsu reports that a chunk of leaked information compiled by Neogaf points to a Norse setting for upcoming PS4 title God of War 4.

The images come from the portfolio of a former Sony Santa Monica Studio concept artist. Although the offending Imgur album has now been pulled, what was pulled showed a number of teasers including a bearded Kratos and references to Alfheimr (the Norse ‘Land of the Fairies’).

Eurogamer also adds that it has been rumoured that God of War 4 will be one of the first titles to make use of the extra processing power that will be offered by the rumoured PS4.5.

Looks like E3 2016 will be one not to miss.
