TIGA terminates Train2Game relationship

UK games development trade body TIGA has ended its long-standing relationship with distance-learning business Train2Game.

TIGA had acted as an independent examination and awarding body for Train2Game since 2009, but says it will now no-longer award TIGA Diplomas, accredit any Train2Game courses, promote Train2Game or generally be involved with the service whatsoever.

Meanwhile, Train2Game is no-longer permitted to use TIGA’s names in relation to its courses, or imply TIGA endorses its courses.

No reasons were given for the decision. We’ve contacted TIGA for more information.
