Studio has conducted 40 experiments and tests into virtual reality

nDreams working on six VR projects

UK developer nDreams is working on six virtual reality projects, the studio’s CEO has revealed.

Speaking at the Develop Conference in Brighton, Patrick O’Luanaigh revealed the company was working on five extra projects as well as its recently announced VR adventure title The Assembly.

He did not disclose any details on the other titles, but confirmed they were being developed for multiple headsets, including the Oculus Rift and Project Morpheus.

nDreams is now focusing solely on virtual reality game development, in part funded by its success on PlayStation Home in the past.

The studio’s team of 28 full-time staff and a number of freelancers have conducted 40 different experiments and tests into VR, and R&D into how to develop immersive experiences for players is still ongoing.
