PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 in the works, suggests Rockstar job listing

A job listing at Rockstar Leeds suggests the studio is currently hiring personnel to work on the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5.

Rockstar Leeds are currently looking for a talented graphics programmer to help bring our latest titles to the PC platform,” read a job listing on Rockstar’s official website, which has since been taken down.

Rockstar Leeds is also the studio that developed the PC port for Team Bondi’s L.A. Noire, so they could well be entrusted with the PC version of GTA 5 as well.

Working together with the other Rockstar studios, you will be responsible for maintaining the studio’s uncompromising quality bar, delivering the highest quality PC experience possible,” the listing continues.

Interestingly, the job listing also talks of work on next-gen platforms, possibly hinting at a PS4/Xbox One version of GTA 5.
