Green Man Gaming fixes site after MCV survey

Green Man Gaming has resolved a number of issues with its websites, following the results of MCV’s Digital Mystery Shopper Survey.

Our study found that while the UK download specialist had an impressive range of games and great customer service, it was let down by a few bugs that emptied customers’ baskets and hampered their attempts to search for items.

But the team has since set about eradicating these problems, and is actively looking for other issues.

We took the feedback from your review, plus some other customer feedback, and we made some usability changes to make the site easier to use,” said marketing executive vice president Darren Cairns.

Founder Paul Sulyok added: We take a huge amount of pride in the presentation of Green Man Gaming and PlayFire.”
