Sniper Elite V2 targets free and paid DLC

UK development powerhouse Rebellion has announced its October DLC for Sniper Elite V2 – and it comes in both free and premium flavours.

The free download offers a new multiplayer map and new mode – Dog Tag Harvest. In it players are required to confirm kills by collecting dog tags from defeated enemies.

The free multiplayer map is Neudorf Outpost, which has previously featured as DLC in the single-player campaign.

For 2.99 there’s also The Landwehr Pack, which includes a new single-player mission where players must take down three German generals in night-time Berlin. The download also includes two new sniper rifles – The Lee Enfield Mk. III and the Japanese Type 99 – and the MP44 SMG machine gun.

The DLC will be released on Steam today.
