GMA 2012: Last few tickets remaining

Trade tickets for this year’s Games Media Awards are selling out fast, so act now if you want to make sure you’re at the big night of the year for the UK’s games press.

The Games Media Awards take place on Thursday October 18th and return to the super chic Vinopolis, Bankside. Gold Partners supporting the event include Xbox 360, Need For Speed Most Wanted, PlayStation, Nintendo, Codemasters Racing, Metal Gear Rising Revengeance and NC Soft.

Russell Kane, winner of the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, will be the host for the evening.

Deep Silver has signed up as Media Transport Partner, Trion’s Defence is Pre-Drinks Party Host, Hitman Absolution is hosting the After Show Party and Nordic’s Wii Sing 80s will present the popular rockaoke entertainment during the evening.

Meanwhile Gamescom and Indigo Pearl are event partners, with other sponsors including Green Man Gaming (Top Tweeter category), Precise (Coverage by a Mainstream Website), Sega (Games Writer of the Year), Onlive (Games Website) and THQ (Games Blog).

Up to 350 guests will attend this year’s Games Media Awards, including nearly 200 media.
