EA: NBA Live 13 dated for October

A reboot for the NBA Live series is on track to release this fall, EA Sports announced during EA’s E3 press briefing earlier today.

An NBA Live 13 fact sheet provided by EA takes the release target a step further, stating the game will launch in October 2012.

EA Tiburon is handling development.

The game is said to bring ‘key innovations to core gameplay, presentation and online experiences,’ and will include an ESPN broadcast presentation that brings the voices of NBA announcer Mike Breen and analyst Jeff Van Gundy as well as authentic camera angles, player images, and arena modeling.
