Nintendo to team up…. with Eminem?

We lose count of the number of rumours that come our way and get ignored every day at MCV. But sometimes you just have to bite.

That’s because today GoNintendo has run one of the most creative E3 rumours to date.

Forget the Next Xbox. Forget PS4. Forget the Valve Console. Ladies and gentleman, we bring you a proposed partnership between Nintendo… and Eminem!

The site reckons the troubled US hip hop star has been recruited to help promote new Wii U title Acid Ghost which, as the rapper’s association might suggest, is a mature title.

It adds that post-production on a video starring Mr Mathers to promote the game is happening this week.

As for the validity of these claims, who knows? But wouldn’t it be wonderful?
