2K Games sponsors MCV Awards 2013

BioShock Infinite?and Borderlands publisher 2K Games is the latest firm to sign up for this year’s sell-out MCV Awards.

The firm is sponsoring the award for best UK games studio. Potential winners include 4J Studios, Boss Aliens, Codemasters, Criterion, Playground Games, SCE London, Sports Interactive and Traveller’s Tales.

The MCV Awards 2013 take place on April 18th at the Lancaster London Hotel. Inbetweeners star and comedian Greg Davies will once again host the evening.

In addition to 2K, sponsors and partners include The Hut Group, ShopTo.net, IGN, Click Entertainment, Intergi, Green Man Gaming, Incomm, Link Distribution, Wii U, OnLive, Respondez, MCM Comic Con, Injustice: Gods Among Us and OPM Recruitment.

There will be a special performance from GamesAid choir GamesOnSong, and attendees will be invited to donate to the games industry charity.
