3DS locked in for Midlands MCM Expo

Nintendo 3DS will be playable at this year’s Midlands MCM Expo.

Consumers will be able to get some hands-on time with the eagerly-awaited device and try out its unique 3D functionality for themselves at the show, which runs from February 19th to February 29th.

Nintendo 3DS is not just about being able to watch and play in 3D without glasses – it also offers unique social experiences,” said Nintendo of Europe’s managing Laurent Fischer. In the way Wii brought families together, Nintendo 3DS will appeal to a broad range of people.”

The event means players can try out the 3DS more than a month before the handheld arrives in the UK on March 25th. This sampling opportunity complements Nintendo’s own tour which is currently making its way around the country.

Midlands MCM Expo takes place at Telford International Centre. It is the sister event of the London MCM Expo, which is held in May and October.
