Apple accused of selling second hand iPhones

A consumer rights activist has a filed a lawsuit against Apple at a Chinese court accusing the firm of selling refurbished iPhones, according toShanghai Daily.

He claims the company is trying to pass them off as new at a Beijing store.

The report says Wang Hai is representing two consumers who bought iPhones complete with a one-year warranty in July but upon examination of the serial numbers, the warranties were revealed to expire within six months time.
