Bookies tip PS4 for next-gen dominance this Christmas

Paddy Power has installed PS4 as its firm favourite to be the best-selling console of 2013.

It has shortened odds on Sony’s machine to just 1/8 while odds on Xbox One claiming the crown have, in its words, tumbled” from 11/4 to 9/2.

It’s been all one way traffic in the betting,” a Paddy Power spokesperson stated. It looks as though it’s game over for Xbox in the eyes of our punters at least.”

Call of Duty: Ghosts remains odds-on for the Christmas No.1 gong at 1/5 followed by FIFA 2014 (4/1) and Grand Theft Auto V (5/1).
