Borderlands 2 preorder bonus for India revealed

2K Games has revealed that Indian consumers who preorder Borderlands 2 will receive a bunch of DLC as a bonus, including the all new Mechromancer character class.

Those who preorder the game in India will receive the Borderlands 2 Premiere Club, which includes:

• Mechromancer class – Available as downloadable content 3-6 months after game launch
• Gearbox Gun Pack – Collection of unique guns to help players begin their journey on Pandora
• Golden Key – Used to unlock a rare in-game item in the mysterious Golden Sanctuary Loot Chest
• Vault Hunter’s Relic – An in-game item that boosts players’ gear-hunting fortune while playing solo or in co-op.

The Premiere Club bonus will be available on preorders across all platforms.

However, E-Xpress Interactive, the game’s Indian distributor, is yet to announce which retailers this preorder bonus will be available through.

Borderlands 2 is scheduled for release on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 on 21st September 2012.
