Civilization V: Brave New World expansion revealed, launches in July

A new Civilization V expansion is in the works, with 2K Games and Firaxis revealing XCOM units will join the fray.

Dubbed Brave New World, the expansion will add the Polish Empire as a new civilization and a new World Congress diplomacy mechanic – in addition to the aforementioned crossover promotion.

The expansion also will bring a bevy of other features, including eight new wonders, new trade systems, two new scenarios, and new paths to a Cultural victory.

Brave New World will launch in North America on July 9th, and internationally on July 12th.
