360 and PS3 getting WET in September

Adrenaline fuelled action outing WET will be released on Xbox 360 and PS3 in the UK on September 18th, publisher Bethesda has confirmed.

The game sees players taking control of Rubi Malone, a pistol and sword yielding fighting machine. The title is reminiscent of Midway’s Stranglehold and incorporates time-slowing acrobatic gameplay.

We are extremely excited to bring WET to gamers on September 18th,” Bethesda president Vlatko Andonov stated. Developer A2M has created an explosive gaming experience and the action is non-stop from start to finish.”

A2M’s creative director Patrick Fortier added: We’ve worked really hard to make WET different from any other action game available. When players experience the game’s unique blend of gunplay, sword combat and acrobatics, they won’t want to put the controller down.”
