Final Fantasy X, Katamari confirmed for Vita

A number of big-name franchises were last night announced for Sony’s PlayStation Vita.

Leading the way is an HD remake of PS2 RPG Final Fantasy X, which in part is being released to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the seminal title.

In addition, Japanese mag Famitsu has lifted the lid on a number of other titles coming to the machine.

Namco Bandai will release a new Katamari Damacy title while Tecmo-Koei is planning a Ninja Gaiden game. Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 has also been confirmed.
