Game Arts developing new TMNT title

French publisher Ubisoft has announced that it is to publish a brand new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles title that is being developed by Game Arts, the studio behind Nintendo’s worldwide critical and commercial hit Super Smash Bros Brawl.
