The US arm of retailer GameStop has confirmed its intention to stock upcoming gaming tablet PC Wikipad.
The device includes an attachable console-style controller housing that includes two analogue sticks, d-pad and four face buttons that sit either side of its 10.1” screen. Inside is a quad-core processor, while memory can be expanded.
Furthermore, it will be PlayStation Certified and support Google Play apps.
"We are thrilled to be partnering with Wikipad to launch this unique new gaming tablet," GameStop’s mobile VP Joe Gorman stated. "We love the innovation and know our customers are excited to see it in action."
The Wikipad will go on sale on October 31st and will cost $499.
