Microsoft dishing out free XBLA titles

The European arm of Xbox 360 platform holder Microsoft has begun a promotion designed to reward those who persuade a friend to buy an Xbox 360 – by giving both parties ten Xbox Live Arcade titles each.

The titles included in the promotion are Every Extend Extra Extreme, Sonic The Hedgehog, Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting, Bomberman Live, Marble Blast Ultra, Spyglass Boardgames, 3D Mini Golf Adventures, Small Arms, Assault Heroes and Zuma Deluxe.

The deal is the latest step in Microsoft’s battle to win over the casual gamer, and follows the recent launch of the Xbox 360 Arcade hardware bundle.
