Microsoft releases XNA Robot Game

Microsoft’s XNA team has released a new mini-game kit on its XNA Creators Club website.

The kit, which is available to all XNA Creators Club Premium Members, contains the full source and art assets for Robot Game, a 3D robot combat game developed by South Korean studio Zepetto.

The title demonstrates shaders, post-processing effects, an advanced particle system, collision detection, 3D positional sound, input, screens management, split-screen two player mode, and customisable game elements such as robots, weapons and items, and the code can be freely used as the starting point for other projects.

For more information and to download the game, head on over to the XNA Creators Club website.
