New 360 dash coming December 6th

Xbox 360 owners can download a new-look dashboard update next month adding cloud storage and voice and gesture controls.

The free download will go live on December 6th which will let users scroll through on-screen menus using the Kinect motion accessory. It will also include cloud storage for game saves and Xbox Live profiles, Facebook sharing and Beacons. The latter lets users schedule dates and times to play with friends online.

Microsoft also says new custom applications for TV, videos, films, sports and music will begin rolling out in 20 countries.

A statement read: Console owners around the world will feel like they have a new Xbox. The new dashboard is built from the ground up to take full advantage of voice control.”
