Nintendo acknowledges game-breaking Pokemon X & Y bug

A game-breaking bug affecting a limited number of Pokemon X & Y players has been acknowledged by Nintendo.

According to a translation via Nintendolife some players found that saving their 3DS game in Lumiose City can cause irreversible corruption of save data” leaving users having to abandon their saves and start afresh.

Nintendo has on its Japanese website acknowledged the issue and said that it’s working on a fix that should hopefully be available in just a few days”.

Furthermore, it looks as if the fix may not just prevent the issue but might even resurrect saves that have already been affected.
