Nintendo dates key UK titles

Further to its announcement of a June 11th release for Super Mario Galaxy 2 in the UK and Europe, Nintendo has dated a number of its key upcoming Wii titles for the months ahead.

Capcom’s Monster Hunter Tri will be released on April 23rd and will offer free online play to Wii owners in the UK. As has been previously announced it will also be Wii Speak compatible.

In addition, Sin and Punishment 2 will be released on May 7th – the first time the game has been released in physical form in the territory.

2D-come-3D adventure title Metroid: Other M was not given a concrete release date, though it will arrive in the UK in Q3 – so some time between July and September.

Nintendo also added that it will be publishing Dragon Quest IX in the UK, though only a vague ‘summer’ date was offered.
