SONY: DayZ heading to PS4

Dean Hall has revealed at the Sony Gamescom press conference that DayZ is coming to PS4.

With the standalone PC release selling 1m in its first month, the game’s arrival on consoles will come as no surprise.

Hall said the Bohemia team didn’t simply want to port the game – it has expanded the parameters of the project”, and intends to build a PS4 version based off the new in-development PC build.

It’s not yet clear if the game will be a PS4 exclusive.
